GetRealTerms is a small, independent project. We review incoming messages and do our best to catch everything — corrections to tax or rate data, calculators you'd like to see, or anything on the Site that isn't working the way it should.
What's helpful to include
If you're reporting a calculation that looks wrong, it helps to include which tool, what you expected versus what you saw, and, if useful, non-sensitive example inputs or a shareable link built from example numbers rather than your real figures (a round salary or home price works just as well for us to reproduce an issue). Please don't send passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive personal or financial information. If you're suggesting a new calculator, a sentence or two on the decision it should help with is plenty.
We aim to respond within a few business days, though as a small project we can't always promise a fast turnaround.
